Citrus and fruity essential oils in this blend help to create a positive and energizing environment. Studies have shown that Lemon and Orange essential oils prompt your brain to release serotonin and dopamine, two important mood-boosting transmitters, while Juniper essential oil improves energy levels in the body.
DIRECTIONS
Use 1/2 - 1 cup (full mesh bag) of bath soak per standard-size tub. Soak for 15-20 minutes for maximum benefits. Bath soak may be poured directly into the bath; flowers and herbs will float on top of the water for added ambiance. Alternatively, you can put bath soak into the mesh bag and it will contain the petals while letting the salts dissolve into the bath.
Bath soaks can be made without flowers by request.
